The goal of your style profile is to share your style needs and preferences in detail, enabling your stylist to select the perfect looks for you. Be as correct as possible with your sizing and other information when completing your style profile. If you are unsure about your sizing, please include your measurements in the section provided. Consider providing more details about yourself and what you are looking for in the “comments” section of your style profile—this further helps your stylist get to know you and create the best box for you! If you have a Pinterest or Instagram account, we recommend providing your handle or a link to a specific style board.

All sizes. Clients can, by completing the style profile, show what size they need.

Clients can select from the options in the Style Profile or the Online Store.

You can leave your Ayánge feedback by filling out the order completion survey through your online Ayánge profile. To provide more comments and feedback, you also have the option of emailing her directly or speaking over the phone. Your Ayánge is always happy to discuss your style and listen to your opinion. If you wish to set up a phone conversation, email your Ayánge and you can set up the perfect time with her.

Yes, items must be returned within 4 days from date of receipt at your location.

Delivery and returns are free.

You’ll be billed as soon as your order has been placed. From there, we’ll be in touch with tracking information as soon as your products are on the way.
